Terms of payment:

After receiving the application form, Montan-Press Ltd. issues and sends a proforma invoice via mail to the applicant. Please transfer the participation fee to the bank account of Montan-Press Ltd. to OTP Bank Nyrt. (H-1027 Budapest, Margit krt. 8-10.) IBAN: HU26 1176 3024 1662 3882 0000 0000, SWIFT Code: OTPVHUHB. Please refer to the "Well Stimulation" and the participant(s)' name(s). After receiving the fee Montan-Press Ltd. sends a confirmation and an advance invoice. Final invoice is to be sent after the Conference.

Participation at the conference is subject to payment being received in full by the start of the conference.

Terms of cancellation:

Cancellations concerning the conference should be sent in written form to the address of Montan-Press Ltd. Cancellations concerning the conference: free of charge before the 5 September. Cancellations received after this date: no refund of the participation fee can be given.
